How To Package Our Abilities In Ways That Transform Lives

Product creation is about how to package our abilities in ways that transform lives. I’m writing to share how real change can come from very small products we can create ourselves.

How does change happen?

First, real change requires recognizing a desire.

  • We must want change because real change must come from within.
  • We must recognize what outcome we want.
  • We must be willing to do what it takes.

Second, real change requires creating new habits.

  • When we continue to do what we’ve always done, we tend to continue to get what we’ve always gotten.
  • When we create a new habit we can cause different results.

Third, real change requires practice.

  • Knowing what we want and beginning new habits starts us on a new path to new results.
  • Life can be really bumpy, so we’re likely to lose our new habits and forget our desire.

When we teach a new habit, we don’t need to take a lot of time to do so.

  • Getting people to understand something once, anything, that’s different, can happen in one instant.
  • Giving an exercise can be done simply.
  • Reinforcing that lesson and following up with another exercise can be done in another product we create!

For example, three popular things people often like to change involve their finances, their weight (weight loss or weight gain), and their date or dating status.

Creating Products for Finances

When we’re creating products that help people with finances, we can help create a habit that leads to spending less and saving more. We can create a lesson where we teach one aspect of how to figure out where we’re spending now. Another might be to help attach day to day meaning in what we’re saving for means to us.

Entertainment is one area! We can enter product creation for finances that’s centered on figuring out our spending on entertainment.

We might pair types of entertainment that have little or no financial cost along with entertainment we enjoy that’s more costly. If we want to package up our abilities in the area of finances, we might package introductory lessons on specific forms of entertainment with how to save money so we can invest money. That allows us to attract like-minded people to us so we can help with finances, whether we’re simply going to teach people or we’re interested in helping them with other areas of finance, ranging from charitable contributions that leave a legacy to financial planning for investment or tax planning.

Or we may choose to create products to help people who are saving for a new car, a vacation trip, college education for ourselves or someone we love, or retirement. Because our product creation can be about reframing in our minds that can increase our desire to do what we want to do! So we may be able to package ideas on focusing on a specific purchase with how to save money so we can invest money.

In the area of finance, our product creation ideas might focus on matching a desire with a new habit. Then we can think about how to teach a teeny tiny lesson that’s practical and can deliver measurable results. In this case, the measure is simply the financial amounts set aside and saved.

For example:

  • New car desire? Having pictures of the car we want in our wallet can help us watch what we spend today.
  • Vacation desire? Hanging a poster showing the location we want to visit along with a list of the things we want to do there can help us put aside the impulse to buy what we just saw advertised on television.
  • College education desire? Keeping pictures of the home and family life a college education can provide can turn an intangible like college tuition bills into a decision on something like trading your time to cook dinner tonight instead of eating out or picking up fast food.
  • Retirement desire? Gathering pictures from our day to day life now can help us focus on what we want to include in our future and the feeling that the future is something real can help us choose to do the extra work now that generates the extra income to provide for our future selves.

Creating Products for Weight (Weight Loss or Weight Gain)

Product creation can be based on something we’ve done, even if we’ve had to do it repeatedly, like weight changes. Desire for weight loss and weight gain are common.

Creating products for weight change might begin with a simple lesson we give for free as a gift. Perhaps it’s a new habit of how to start to eat a little bit less each time we eat.

One practical tip could be a lesson that shares how to put, for example, more broccoli on our plate during dinner and less mashed potatoes, meat or any other calorie laden items.

The idea is that we might not need hours of lessons by starting small! We could simply include a graphic and example stories such as how to order in restaurants or how to prepare delicious meals at home.

Creating Products for Dating

Another popular area is dating. Our product creation if we’re an expert in some aspect of dating might be small confidence building lessons.

We might include a lesson such as those taught in The Dale Carnegie Course that helps build confidence through practice. We might focus that on dating.

For example, we might teach about acting enthusiastic being a path to being enthusiastic. We might share examples of how being enthusiastic is attractive to people and attracts people to us.

Instead of more broccoli as in the weight loss example, a dating example might be to look for a common interest and engage in conversation. Stories help.

For example, we might give example stories such as how to listen to what someone we’ve just met shares. Our nod or question can open up a conversation during which we can learn more about someone to find out if we are interested in getting to know more about someone.

Conversations build up confidence as well as as showing whether dating even makes sense. Teaching dating is as much about who not to date as who we may be interested in dating.

Product Creation for Startups

When we go into business we start out, often as one-person startups, we’re going out as a small flame in a big world. We don’t want to compete with big businesses so much as find what we can offer that complements demand that big businesses are addressing in other ways.

We want to supply existing demand! In other words, we want to be in an area where money is being spent. We don’t want to be brand new and have to educate people to want what we offer.

When we see ourselves as a small flame in a big world, we can avoid the drafts that blow out our flame. When we work on our business, we want turn that small flame into a burning desire, don’t we?

We need to guard our small flame. Often our desire, that flame within us, comes from a burning desire to help people. That’s where to look within, at our desire and ability to help people. Because helping people is what’s going to get us from startup to launch.

Sometimes in our desire to help, we want to make something big. But big does not work for small startups.

We simply don’t have the ability to make something big succeed when we’re small.

There are lots of reasons simple and easy is better:

  • Because often times we try too hard to help too much in one tiny product so it’s overwhelming for someone to start using it.
  • Because sometimes we get lost in the process of perfecting our offering.
  • Because life happens and things out of our control take us away from getting something out the door.
  • Because unless we ship something we cannot succeed.
  • Because until we ship we cannot get feedback.
  • Because after we ship we must update.
  • Because when we update we improve.
  • Because our improved product delivers more results.

We want to get something out that we can sell that helps people. Starting small is doable.

Let me repeat that because that’s a difficult lesson I’ve been facing and refacing.  Starting small is doable!

Let me rephrase that. I learned a hard lesson!

I don’t want you to get stuck repeating my same problem. So that’s why I’m saying that this is an important thing for us to get between our ears and in our heart and at the tip of our tongue and flowing from our fingertips! Start small. Start simple. Start easy.

Simple and easy matters. Simple and easy is doable.

That’s why starting small is doable. That’s why this lesson is critical.

And it’s so easy to overdo and get lost! So learn from my error. Stick to simple and easy.

Starting small is doable.

We all have our own reasons for being in business. Because it’s about our own personal desire! As long as that desire includes an interest in helping people we can learn how to package our abilities in ways that transform lives by starting small.

We all come to business ownership for different reasons. But one common piece is a desire for more of something. Usually something we value!

Discover What We Value

We start with what we value. Then we add ourselves.

Then we look for the smallest thing that can stand alone. Product creation can be about delivering really tiny changes of value!

Develop Our Process

When we add value we can matter to one person. When we package our abilities up in a unique way because we’re unique, we can attract people who want that unique value.

When we figure out the process for making a change we can teach that change. It can be as simple as a book, an audio recording or a YouTube video where we document what we teach.

Product creation can be about processes we developed for our own lives that transform lives for people who do what we teach. It can be as simple as a recorded message that can be picked up along with a homework assignment or as complicated as anything we have the ability to create on our own that taps into partnerships with other companies or access to other programs.

Product Creation For Helping A Little Bit

When we choose to focus on helping people just a little bit, we can put our help into small packages. That way we can deliver our value in ways that get results.

When we deliver real results, people who want more can buy more of our products. That requires we keep at it with product creation!

For example, maybe we put together a series of three 15-minute lessons on how to do something we have used to solve a small problem we’ve overcome.

Then perhaps we add in ways to interact such as teleseminars for phone-in and webcast-in connecting with people who just consumed a lesson. That way, over time, as people buy from us, they can get questions answered as well as give feedback.

Product Creation for Attracting People

Our first product can attract people for our second or third product. Because that way we can attract people to us rather than expend effort in making sales.

When we attract people, we can afford to provide help in a free trial type of format. For example, by giving as a free gift one of our trainings.

Product Creation for Sharing

Then we fan the flames. By that, I mean we let people know what’s in our heart.

We get stuff out there so that we start helping people in small ways. Along the way, some of the people we help will be ready to trade money for more help.

Then we can sustain our business and help more people!

Product Creation for Internet Delivery

Part of how to use the Internet effectively is as a vehicle for delivering real help to real people. That’s why learning how to package our abilities in ways that transform lives is important. We want a way for our help to be deliverable!

Getting our first products out is about helping a big ocean of curious people a little bit. Then we invite those who are ready and willing to take another step and work more closely with us, to become buyers of one of our products.

People who want more results and can pay for those results will begin to do so over time when we match what we offer to what people are spending money for right now.

Product Creation for Building Our Business

Building our business takes effort over time. We figure it out bit by bit.

It’ll take a while to build up a system. So along the way we’ve got to be careful to attract people so we can get feedback about what to supply.

Because there’s a lot of moving parts, so to speak. But along the way, if we continue to focus on helping real people with real problems we’ll end up with little packages we can offer online that’ll get us the feedback we need for what product creation we can do next.

Product Creation Focusing On Value

There are a lot of steps, but by making each step offer value, we can attract people without expending our resources on advertising and other expenses. Because we’re just looking for small results with each step so we can survive another day.

Some of us desire to change the world. That’s me.

Some people consider that silly. Especially now.

But all we have is now! And when we help one person, we make a difference.

When we help one person learn to help others, we start a process that changes the world in small ways. Then when we repeat by helping another person and teach them to help others, our impact on the world grows.

Rejoice! We Can Restart Our Lives

When we look at the world, there are ways we can apply what we are, have and do to make a difference in people’s lives. When we help people, we change their world.

Sometimes all it takes to change someone’s world is to help them gain new habits. Doing that while providing a presence of caring consistently day in and day out as a role model means helping people to recognize we can restart our lives no matter what’s happening.

Because part of what our business can do is care. Caring is lacking in the world today. It’s difficult so it falls by the wayside. But product creation, with systems for questions and feedback, provides a framework for delivering a caring presence that can support people when they choose transformation.

Product Creation As Delivering Role Models

Small business owners are role models. When we help people, we can pass that on even with remote delivery of information products using the Internet.

So to some extent, simply being in business and acting as ourselves, being role models, we change the world. By caring and making a little difference each time we help one more person we transform lives.

Product creation means learning how to package our abilities in ways that transform lives.

How do you test what works and what doesn’t work online? That’s a question that’s often overlooked. You’ve got to test and you’ve got to work from your heart. Both are crucial.

Starting over

I did that when I released my test products. One flew off the proverbial shelves of online sellers. Two others sold a few. The rest flopped to a grand total of Zero.

But? Who knew that in a short time $41,650 could be generated?

Not me. Not til it did anyways.

That was on 100% commission to the sellers. And I wasn’t ready… so I didn’t build a list for the back end benefit.

My computer science degrees included opportunities to teach, as a tutor in college and as an instructor at graduate school. Those are skills that are proving useful now.

How does helping people connect with how to build a list? How to build a list is like how to hold a hammer.

Just like your hammer can be a way to get your nail in your wall to hang your picture! Your list can be a way to help people online.

Using a tool gives you leverage

Your list is your vehicle for helping people online. It’s just a tool.

But like all tools, your list gives you leverage. Sure, you can get one nail into the wall without a hammer. Use your shoe!

When you think about any tool, you find that you’re leveraging your work. One nail, even ten and your shoe’s sufficient.

Much more than that? Well you’d need new shoes for one thing…

That’s how list building creates value for your online business. Leverage!

You know stuff that other people want to trade their money for. You have a lot to offer that’s valuable to the world based on your own experience.

People want to pay you. And they will!

At least, if you’ll go to the work of letting them find you and pay you.

Seriously. You do. They do and will.

How do you learn the online parts?

Learn the stuff I teach here! Over time.

But? If you’re looking for a quick fix you’re in the wrong place. Because what I teach is a process.

In my experience, life’s like that in all respects. We may have goals but getting to our goals is a process.

As is setting each next goal!

What do you need to learn?

The fast free answer to that question is content marketing. One part of which is article marketing!

‘Til you master that at least a wee bit by actually writing and publishing something? Please don’t pay to advertise because unless you as a business owner understand some of the basics about being online you’re not going to get a return on investment that fits you best.

Learn for yourself

You’ll be more effective when you wait until you’ve figured out a bit about how the Internet works and how to connect with people online. You’ll be more efficient too.

Why care?

Even if you’ve got a big stack of money, you’ve got to know some stuff yourself. People will come and go.

You need to rely on yourself! In any case, when you’re more efficient and effective you can afford to help some folks free. Even if only for a few tiny pieces of content.

When you give what you know freely online you serve the world better. When you serve better you tend to get more experience that becomes more valuable for the people who want to pay you for more!

And if that’s not enough reason for you? Here’s another reason1

It’s how you’ll demonstrate your ability. When you demonstrate your ability, you give a taste of what it’s like to work with your business online.

That taste matters! It gives confidence to others. Specifically, to the very people who feel good about giving you money to help them in more depth to achieve more results.

If you pay attention to the online world closely right now, you’ll notice this is exactly what’s happening. A little bit at a time! Everywhere.

In fact, you’ll find that it’s the model that’s evolving for business. Help at different levels, some free, some paid a little, and some paid more.

Getting paid online is easiest when you offer free stuff too

Your freely given content catches attention of people with an interest in your area. That puts you in the line of fire, so to speak.

That is, your free stuff helps you attract people so you can ask for contact information. That’s where your list grows.

Your list is not static

Like the moon? It’ll wax and wane – people will join your list, people will leave your list.

Embrace that. It’s part of life, kind of like the lunar cycle each month.

Shorter term you can see it with sunrise and sunset… and longer term with the seasons as summer turns to fall, then to winter followed by spring.

What is this about lists?

Your list is the contact information of people who want more from you. That’s all!

What about list technology?

Aha! When you’re online it bloody well makes sense to automate stuff.

So? Yup! You’ve got a good question when you’re wondering about technology and lists.

Lists work. Lists are what keeps your life simple when you succeed online!

Contact information

Contact information includes stuff like someone’s email who wants you to send some information. For myself, I’ve found I need a person’s name because I feel connected to a real person that way so I can help each real person as a person rather than some “out there” imaginary situation.

You’re going to need list technology so you can get a little bit of contact information from each person. Sure, if you had 10 people you can track it yourself.

But when you go online, it quickly becomes too much. Kind of like ruining all your shoes to hang up the family pictures instead of getting a hammer!

Why? Because you’ll attract attention (and contact information!) — for lots of people.

Nature of the Internet

There are lots of people online. That’s simply the nature of the Internet.

Many will stumble upon you and ask for more. Most are simply curious.

Your list technology will help you know this so you can delete them when they don’t open your emails.

Or if they simply don’t respond after opening lots of emails! If that’s where you’re at on any given day!

Your part as list owner

You see, you’re in charge of letting people stay or sending them on their way.

Your subscribers part as list subscriber

And your subscribers are in charge of whether to ask for information in the first place and when or whether to stop getting more.

Connecting with people

Doing business online requires connecting with people. Use a list so you can get paid to help people!

Business is about relationships. As a list owner, you’re building relationships by helping people.

Connecting with people leads to helping because you know what is needed so you can deliver that part of what you know. The list stuff just helps you use computers to manage the technology parts of connecting with people.

Automated list building

Also you need to automate so you can stay sane. That’s sane as in not spending time for stuff you can let a computer do for you.

You want automated list building happening in the background! That’s so you can let people join your list and leave your list without any kind of action needed by you.

Old vs. new

Think back a few years. Not very many, either. To a time before this kind of list technology was so widely available.

Yikes! It’s like we were doing business using tin cans and bear claws.

You’ve got real power available

You’ve got more power than the Apollo moon launch in your hands when you hold a live cell phone nowadays. Seriously!

When I did my Bachelor’s thesis in Artificial Intelligence (way back in 1982) I was told computers would never have the kind of power to do that kind of stuff. What I wrote about is stuff that started finally using the name of Expert Systems.

Now pretty much every time you touch a computer you benefit from expert systems. Even typing in your phone with the simple step of automatic capitalization of First name and Last name…

Back to my Artificial Intelligence story!

Anyway, they liked the game program I wrote. So I passed.

With a ‘C’ as a letter grade. But as my psychology advisor said in encouraging me to say it was done?

What do they call the person who graduates last in their medical school class?


Yep. Doctor.

You earn one tiny thing at a time

Whatever. You really do learn and earn just one tiny bit at a time even with larger achievements.

Each of my GPA’s still showed up well over a “B” so my thesis didn’t cost me my full ride scholarship for graduate studies.

Not turning it in would have. My professor was right.

I learned a lesson. I completed my Bachelors degrees.

One in psychology. One in computer science. Plus a minor in mathematics.

Then on for that graduate work where I earned the next one. I got to teach, too, as I worked toward and got awarded a Master of Science in Computer Science.

Staying in touch with subscribers

And in terms of being able to stay in touch with people who find you and want more? Getting list technology is the difference between getting something going online so you can succeed online … and not.

So whenever you’re ready to succeed online? Copy what my psychology professor advised me… turn it in!

How to build a list SO you can get paid

You need a list so you can help people. You need a list SO you can get paid. Both are true!

You get paid when you make a difference in someone’s life. You’ve got to do it in an area where you’ve got a good overlap of what you’re best at, who you’re best at helping, and what those people are willing and able to pay for.

Sometimes? You’ll help people with your free small-version help. Other times? You’ll help more and you’ll get paid.

Both matter. You get to change the world both ways! For people you help more in-depth, you get paid enough to continue helping them, helping others free – and to support yourself.


Abundance is a result when you help enough people over time.

Not overnight. But over time.

Be a doer!

Do what you’re good at. Do it again and again.

Be consistent. Be persistent.

Economic demand

There’s plenty of people who need what you’ve got to offer. They don’t know you exist though!

The fact that people need what you can offer is called demand. Economic demand!

And when you’ve got what you offer well defined, so that people who are willing and able to pay can recognize what you offer as fitting their need, that’s called supply.

Solving problems changes lives

You feel good about yourself in person when you are in the presence of people you’re helping. That’s true in the online world and it spreads into you feeling good about yourself 24×7 as you realize you’re helping people.

How To Deliver Awesome Outcomes

How do you deliver awesome outcomes? I’m writing to help you build your business. That’s why I’m telling you about how to deliver awesome outcomes.

Deliver what you already know

How to deliver awesome outcomes is what your  business online must do. You’ve got to figure out exactly what people want most right now from amongst the many things you already know how to do.


You must supply the existing demand. That’s the fancy words that match figuring out what people want to give you money for right now.

Broken world

You’ve survived through a lifetime of problems, right? You’re reading this, in a very broken world, so I know that’s true.

Helping people

You know what else is true? Other people are splat up against the wall with problems you know how to solve.

Part for free

Some of those people can get help from content you place freely online. Kind of like what I’m doing right here.

Part for pay

Others will want, need and be able and willing, even delighted  to hand over stacks of money to you in exchange for the specific outcomes they want as results. Your task is to figure out how to deliver awesome outcomes.

Figure out?

Yes, it’s just a matter of research. Part within; part online.

That’s exactly the right set of words, by the way. Awesome outcomes!

Awesome outcomes, huh?

Yep. And do you know what I know?

I know exactly where many of them are. Inside of you!


Those deeply disturbing problems you solved in order to survive? That’s some of the resilience you must share with the world.

Now’s the time to let loose some solutions in the form of information products you can deliver online. Other ways too, but let’s focus on information products for the moment.

What are information products?

Information products are anything you can package up and deliver using the Internet. For example, you could write a 3-page report or you could record a 5-minute audio.

If it’s an area where you’ve got visual expertise to offer? You could even dish up a 5-minute video that exactly delivers a solution.

But there’s other people giving stuff out free!

Yep. And you’re going to do better than that.

You’re going to give a level of help free. But you’re going to go into more depth to help people who want and need more from you.

You’ve got to do the work of figuring out what you’re good at. You’ve got to figure out through research and testing what exactly is a format for you to deliver.

You’re going to need to learn about list technology too! You’ll have my list building for traffic blog to rely on for some of that too;)

You’re going to become expert at you. That’s how to deliver awesome outcomes!

How To Get More Done? Adventure.

I’m preparing for an adventure. I fly…

And right now that means packing boxes and packing carry-on luggage.

My packing work reminds me of another journey. It was a much bigger journey! I packed my stuff in boxes for a four month world tour. Part of that tour was a pilgrimage of three weeks. 21 days of flying! I went flying to what felt a different world at each destination.

I flew to oceans and beaches and stayed in 5-star hotels. I sailed the Indian Ocean on a tiny sailboat and on a tinier windsurfing board. I climbed through thousands of years of history to enter caves at Ajanta and Ellora in India.

I flew to visit thousands of places of worship! Some were Buddhist, others Christian, Hindu, Jain, Muslim, and Sikh. Some were living places of worship full of people practicing their faith. Others were in caves or surrounded by forests, from former civilizations where nature grew up around abandoned places people had lived long ago.

Before the daily flying began, I was in Calcutta. The Bolshoi Ballet had set up a performance as a show of support for major events in Calcutta. It was during the cold war, and détente was a word that was being practiced by sending top cultural events to share and show off the expertise of nations.

Did you know that Mikhail Baryshnikov danced with the Bolshoi Ballet in 1987? He did. Did you know the performance was in Calcutta? It was. Guess who was there? Mother Teresa. Me. Neither one of us saw the performance.

So I went to the Bolshoi Ballet in Calcutta. Who do I meet there but Mother Teresa? And more than meet and greet, we spend the entire ballet gazing into each other’s eyes. Powerful presence of God! Gazing into each other’s eyes we both miss entire ballet. Then I return to Calcutta and travel about some more. Packing once again… led me to prepare to fly to Rome.

So I went to the Calcutta airport. Who do I meet there but Mother Teresa? And more than meet and greet, once again we spend an entire time of gazing into each other’s eyes. It was my turn to check-in when Mother Teresa arrived with a priest who’d given her community a retreat. He was flying back to Rome and skipped over the long line I’d just waited through, to take my check-in spot. The airline folks apparently went through some long fiasco in getting him settled. Like the ballet, I missed that part. Here I am packing once again… preparing to fly.

Remembering those moments with Mother Teresa brings up a prayerful feeling. Life is about right now, isn’t it? We breathe one breath at a time. When we’re with someone, we’re sharing by breathing in the same air. When we pray together, we draw nearer to God together.

When we’re compassionate we let the light of God’s love shine through. God is visible shining through our eyes into others even when we don’t realize. Even when we are in so much pain we cannot imagine our presence helps others.

For kindness inspires kindness. For example, the first time I met Mother Teresa, just before the ballet began? I looked up to find some little old lady followed by bigger lady struggling to get out. I stood up. Feeling I could help make it easier to pass by me at at least.

But the ballet started. That little old lady looked up at me from a distance. She struggled a bit more. As she drew closer to my seat, I recognized her. She reached me. We stood there together in that one spot.

She was Mother Teresa of Calcutta. She simply stayed standing next to me, gazing up into my eyes. Short of stature, she looked up at me – literally I mean!

Faith is a gift we share

God is light. In Him there is no darkness at all.

Competitive Advantage! How To Use Internet Marketing For Your Offline Business

How you use Internet marketing is critical for your offline business. I’ll share simply silly ways to gain competitive advantage.

Being innovative is where you succeed. No matter how silly the innovation, you get competitive advantage.

It’s worth it! And anyway, nowadays business development and economic trends require you to innovate.

Seriously. Even if it’s the simplest of innovations, it’s a must have for your business.

Even if your innovation is as silly like the hammer and the nail story I share. Just don’t be like the picture I put here, where the guy’s actually sitting on the tree branch as you saw it off!

Well, unless you’ve got a net. Or something else so that it’s a gimmick with a safe landing!

Anyway, the point of competitive advantage is that you’ve got great innovations inside you. You can let them loose!

I challenge you to do the silliest of innovations. Then measure your results and try something else.

Keep on trying and you’ll keep getting more results. You can plan for helping people and use Internet marketing just to direct foot traffic to your place of business — but why stop there?

Your offline business has a competitive advantage. You know what people are spending money on right now in your area!

You can quickly jot down a list of where people are spending right now. Scanning that list you can figure out what your small business knows that’s on that list.

Circle all of them! Then put your feet up.

Pick one that you could sit down and make an outline that solves a small but urgent problem in that area. Something simple!

Like if someone needed a painting hung on a wall and they had the tools, you could make an information product showing how to use the tools. Hey, it’s something simple that’s a plan for helping people.

Really, I don’t mean that one example to be taken literally but it could. Lots of people have tools with no idea how to use them.

Not everyone has used a hammer. Not everyone has held a nail in their hands.

Not everyone would think of those two tools as going along with a stud finder! You get the idea. Simply plan for helping people.

You have expertise you take for granted as common knowledge.

I’m here with a tech tip to say most people don’t have the common knowlege you have. Or the common sense!

And there’s a lot more tendency to try to do something yourself now. Especially with the expert directions of someone like you.

Grab a mug of a beverage and make up a list. Put up your feet… plan for helping people!
